Style Week Pittsburgh (SWP) was launched in 2013 by entrepreneur Wadria Taylor to promote talented fashion designers and artists from the region.
With events and programming spanning across the city, SWP celebrates Pittsburgh’s communities and their diversity, resulting in increased connections and collaborations amongst designers, artists, and businesses.
Because of the uniqueness and diversity of talent showcased each year, SWP has grown into an artistic movement that stimulates economic development in the Pittsburgh region.
As founder and Creative Director of Style Week Pittsburgh, Wadria is passionate about helping artists and creatives leverage their talents, achieve their goals, and flourish.

Wadria is a transplant from Jamaica by way of Brooklyn, NY. She received a Bachelors of Arts in Philosophy and Politics from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Carlow University.
